Soffits & Fascias

Coastal Glass supply Liniar soffits and fascias, the same manufacturer that supplies our stunning uPVC windows and doors. Designed and manufactured at the same UK extrusion facility, Liniar fascias and soffits are created using the same high quality manufacturing processes and materials.

Made from 100% lead-free uPVC, Liniar fascias and soffits have a foiled woodgrain finish and are factory fitted in-house to match other Liniar products, like the windows and doors we supply and install.

Extra Thickness for Added Strength

Fascia boards are set to an industry standard of 16mm but Liniar fascais are in fact 20mm thick. This additional thickness provides a greater level of strength, and fitting is made easier with longer legs and extra cover on mouldings.

Easy Installation

Installation is easy with Liniar fascias and soffits with pre-marked and lined protective tape to make finding the centre line for the rafter end simple. Pin guides are set to 100mm centres on each line, and the lines are set at 25mm intervals for further simplicity.

If you need to cut the boards a straight cut is guaranteed as there is no need to peel back the protective tape and no pre-marking necessary (which in turn prevents the risk of scratching or damage to the boards).

As with the Liniar window range, a 10-year guarantee is offered on their fascias and soffits.
