ConvervatoriesThere are NO standard conservatories! all our conservatories are designed especially for you, they incorporate the features that you want so that the end result is unique and designed by YOU.
We will give you all the assistance you need to design your conservatory within the limits of fabrication and give you a CAD drawing so that you will be able to see it before it has been built.
We use experienced builders to lay the base and carry out any brickwork required. The erection of the frames and roof is carried out using our own experienced craftsmen.
The conservatories can be made with either thermal-break aluminium frames or reinforced PVCu. With aluminium you have the additional flexibility of having your conservatory painted to the colour of your choice, they are also very strong and durable and larger spans can be accomodated.

Global Aluminium Conservatory RoofsOver the years we have used a number of different conservatory roofing systems, each had there own faults. Then the Global roof was launched, at last here is a roof where the manufacturer has listened to the comments of installers and have incorporated their observations in designing a product which has numerous features which makes it one of the easiest to fit conservatory roofs on the market and has rightly made it the No 1 selling roof in the UK.
Each roof has its own loading variations which require the fitting of different load bearing glazing bars, with the Global roof, each bar is the same height thus removing unsightly differences in glazing bar heights. All bars have concealed gaskets thus removing black gasket lines on the glazing sheets.
When the Global roof is used with the Synerji frame, the top capping of the glazing bars are the same as the profiles on the windows and doors. For security and ease of fitting, all the roof fixing bolts are inside the conservatory. To accomodate different roof pitches, the ridge, eaves beam and valley bar are variable and able to accomodate roof pitches from 5 to 35 degrees.
The double skin box gutter significantly reduces the risk of condensation and is fixed to a unique fixing plate which eliminates the need for drilling the box gutter profile, thus removing a potential problem of leaks. The clip on gutter does away with the unsightly gutter backets and the slide in cresting gives a more secure fixing than the conventional screw down versions.
The complete system is available in colours to match the PVCu range of frames and can be fabricated to countless different configurations from the standard Lean-to, Victorian and Edwardian designs through to 'P' shapes and roofs with lanterns.
The glazing bars can accomodate multiwall Polycarbonate sheets in Clear, Opal or Bronze or Toughened double glazing units in clear glass, obscured, tinted or with the Activ self cleaning glass, the choice is yours. Low Pitch Roofing SystemFor conservatories which have a pitch below 5 degress there is the Global 600 low pitch roofing system which can go down to a minimum 2.5 degree pitch.
With most of the UK housing stock designed using imperial measurements, the Global 600 roof has been designed using 600mm (2ft) glazing centres so they perfectly match standard UK window sizes making the overall structure easier on the eye. It also allows more light in too.

The roof has been designed to be versatile so as to accomodate different house designs and to fit in the most difficult of spaces. To be as simple and easy to fit as possible, all fixing bolts are internal and thus eliminates the need for the installer to climb up on to the roof and this also makes the roof more secure against intruders.
The Global 600 roof uses 35mm multiwall polycarbonate for its strength and heat retention properties. The end cap is also sculptured so as to match the Synerji PVCu window profile. |
